ALP free stargazing banner was set up at Baywalk to inform the public of the session.

Oh my gosh! Planet Venus looks like a small crescent Moon!

ALPer Dennis Buenviaje was there to help ALP in staging the stargazing session.

People lined up on all telescopes that were set up at Baywalk to get a turn to look at the stars and planets.

ALPer Vincent Lao even got time to image Venus for a kid who want to have a souvenir shot to take home :)

Even kids had a great time viewing the stars and planets with the various telescopes set up that evening.

ALP VP Jett Aguilar was also there to assist the public in viewing planet Venus, as well as be one of the event photographers that evening.

ALPer Vincent Lao was all smiles as he had a great time sharing the night sky with the public. Way to go man!

ALP President James Kevin Ty aimed his telescope to planet Venus as a long queue of excited enthusiasts waited patiently for their turn at the scope.

ALP VP Jett Aguilar gave a short explanation on why planet Venus undergoes phases like the Moon to a group of family.

A group of girls play naughty towards their unsuspecting friend. " Hey!  How come I can't see anything???" :) LOL

ALP President's son KC was also there, as well as his niece Angelo Luigi, to get their chance to view the stars.

KC: "Hey dad!  Sirius is very bright and beautiful!"

ALP VP's family was also there to support Jett as well as the event. Nice crowd!

Even foreigners lined up to get a peek at Saturn, as well as other stellar objects that evening!

Many people get to realize how beautiful the night sky is during the event, even with the unaided eye.

More than an estimated 500 people got the chance to view the night sky during the event.

The public appreciated the effort ALP was doing to promote public awareness on astronomy .

ALPers Mark Anthony Honrade & Rosalyn Penol got their chance to look at Saturn as well.
