After his talk, James added more updates on 17/P Holmes by illustrating how the comet evolved from its sudden brightness outburst on Oct 24 till now.  He also showed the members the photographic appearance of the comet taken by ALPers as well as other imagers around the world.

ALPer Theodore Marc Gutierrez introduced his newly published fiction book entitled " Astronomer's Tales" to the delight of the members.

James then introduced ALPer Theodore Marc Gutierrez as the last speaker for the day.  Theodore presented his newly published fiction book entitled " Astronomer's Tales."  The book is about an amateur astronomer named Marcus who makes up dozens of bedtime stories for his 4-year-old niece, Zoe. But his stories aren't just fairy tales, they're about comets following their hearts, constellations that make up your dreams, people finding their first love in miniature stars, and many more. From the moment Marcus starts, " Every night, every turn of the visible lights, the sky feels like someone up there is alive," follows captivating and inspiring celestial objects that remind us more about being human—and the magic that goes with it."

Also, it was sort of a "mini-book launching" by Theodore and he wanted to present it first  to fellow members.  He brought along numerous copies of the  book to the delight of the members and most of those who were at the meeting got hold of their copies and let the author signed their copies for posterity and value to their book.

Lastly, James invited the members to join November 10 stargazing session at Caliraya, Laguna as well as celebrate Christmas party /meeting at Alice's residence on December 16.  The meeting ended at around 5:00pm.
